Back in the day when Nicholas and Billy were playing little league Diane's two boys were on teams with Nick and Bill. We became good family friends....typically on Mother's Day we had a make up baseball game so my dad would go buy carnations and after the game each of the players would go give their mom a carnation and thank them for coming to the game on 'their' day. This year Diane got flowers and a bottle of Crown Royal. We were thrilled to have them come down to Billy's gradation party. (Timmy goes to UC) Billy's party was tons of fun. We partied most of the night. It made for a long five hour drive home too! But we are home now and prepping for our upcoming week!
