Memorial 5 miler

This morning was the Memorial 5 mile race at the YMCA (I love our Y). I met Leslie at Yvonne's and the 3 of us headed down. I got a totally cool long sleeved t-shirt. We peed about 20 times pre race...why do I always need a potty? The race started and we went over to Mahoning Avenue into Mill Creek Park and then back up Mahoning back to Commerce to the finish. It is a hilly area and they had 1 water stop, which upset me. In this heat I NEED my water. The humidity was high too. I had some breathing issues, I guess it is time to get the inhaler out. I finished in an unimpressive 51 something. My goal was under 50...oh well. Better luck next year.
