Training Run

Tonight was a training run...gee, is everyone shocked??? I have been freezing all day and kinda out of sorts...so I came home from work and hurried up to change and get out on the road before it got dark. I drove over to the park and did some speed work....sprint 1/2 mile, walk 1/2 mile. I did that for 3 miles and looked at my timer....27 minutes. Not too shabby. Tomorrow is just an easy 6. I love to run!
