New Shoes
Well, it was time. I went to Second Sole and got my new running shoes. I had decided to go back to Mizunos. I had made my mind up that I was going back to the Wave Rider...well, I tried them on and I tried on the Wave Creation 9. I ended up going with the Wave Creation 9. I am looking forward to running in them tomorrow morning for my big 30 minutes. Although with a temperature of 8. 30 minutes might be all I can handle!

Michelle - I think it will be too cold in the morning for you to run. With the wind chill and everything it will be probably a negative number. Maybe wait to do your 30 minutes. Or just run around the house!
