Happy Chinese New Year

Happy Chinese New Year!!! It is the Year of the Rat. I celebrated this morning by waking up at o'dark thirty and meeting Yvonne, Karen, Jane and Zora for an early morning run. It was great. I am a bit tired today, but I'll get over it. I am going to begin running with them on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. I think that will help get rid of some of my flab.
