I don't feel good

So, during my run on Monday in the humidity I could feel the allergies kick in. I am surprised that they didn't start sooner because I can see the pollen in the air. Well by this morning, I couldn't take it any more. I tossed and turned all night and my nose is raw from the tissues. I called the Dr and got in to see Lori. I am hoping to feel better ASAP. I have a big Friday it is Girls Day. We are going to see the Titanic exhibit and also going to see Sex and the City the movie...I am so excited. Plus on Saturday I have a long bike scheduled. I am excited about that too.

Here's hoping tomorrow I can breathe through my nose.
