Bike....

I awakened this morning on my oen at 6:30...no alarm, no nuthin...just the lure of the pedals and the breeze through my helmet...I met Corky and Cindy at the Farm...away we went. We headed down the bike path to Mahoning and then Mahoning to the "beach'...That was about a 20 mile ride...then Corky and Marvin hit the cold lake for a swim...Cindy and I parked our azzes on a park bench...then we biked back via Palmyra Road to the bike trail. So all said and done we did a 40 mile ride...which means I doubled my distance from last week keeping a 14 mph average speed. I also was able to use my Aero bars. I love 'em....can't wait to use them again!!!!!
