Tri-Tri-Tri

So, I am going to dip my toe into the world into the world of Triathlon. I am going to be part of a relay team on Sunday at Milton Man. I am excited. Karen is going to handle the swim, Yvonne and yours truly is going to handle the run (10k). I am looking forward to it. I went out tonight and run a quick 3. I felt good. Granted it was hot~but it felt good to get out and run and burn some aggression. I think our team name is going to be Tri-Angels!
