I can't believe I did it.....

So I went to the Y tonight to practice my swimming. I freaked out when I saw that the therapy pool was CLOSED. What was I going to do...the big pool is for people who are 'real swimmers'....oh, the anguish...so I gathered my nerve and got into the big pool. I picked a lane and I had to 'circle' swim...bit I did it. I did 10 laps - remember up and back is 1 lap...I am so darn proud of myself! Pretty soon, I'll actually be able to swim a real stroke!
